Welcome to Her Warcry
If you are here, you may already know that something in your life needs to change…even if you’re not sure how, or when, or what comes next.
You may be feeling exhausted, confused, stuck, or quietly planning your next step while trying to stay safe.
You may be leaving an abusive relationship, recovering from one, or rebuilding after everything you thought your life would be fell apart.
You are not weak for feeling this way….and you are not alone.
I am a board-certified life coach specializing in domestic violence escape and recovery. My work is focused on helping women move forward safely, thoughtfully, and at a pace that respects both their fear and their strength.
This is practical, private coaching designed to support:
- safety planning and exit support
- understanding red flags and patterns of abuse
- rebuilding confidence and self-trust
- setting boundaries after coercive or narcissistic relationships
- reclaiming your voice, choices, and sense of self
Our work together is tailored to your situation. There is no pressure to rush, confront, forgive, or “be strong” before you are ready.
Healing does not happen all at once, and leaving is not a single decision. It is a process.
My role is to walk alongside you as you sort through what you’re experiencing, identify what is keeping you stuck, and begin taking grounded, realistic steps toward a safer and more peaceful life.
When fear, doubt, or setbacks arise, you do not have to navigate them alone. I will be here to help you stay oriented, supported, and focused on what matters most: your safety, your clarity, and your future.
Together, we will move forward — one steady step at a time.
Stand your ground.
Speak your truth.
This is your warcry.
“I painted all the walls in my house dark. Deep dark shades that made me feel safe and protected….hidden away like a squirrel in a nest. Deep dark shades that I now realize were also a reflection of the storm that was my life. The confusion. The fear. The self-doubt. The uncertainty that hovered over every day.
But now? Now I crave color. I crave sunlight. Because now my soul is free. I can breathe. I am not afraid.” ~~ Quote from a Domestic Violence Survivor…..now “THRIVER”
